A jury this week found that Isiah Thomas sexually harassed Anuka Brown-Sanders and the Knicks organization has to pay up to the tune of $11.6 million.  While we'll never really know what happened behhind those closed doors, I think this is a much needed wake-up call for Thomas and his organization.  I don't know how he will recover from this loss and be employable anywhere else if the Knicks let him (which seems to be right around the corner).  Do you think the jury made the right choice?

Absolutely the right decision.  Especially after he made the idiotic explantion of treatment of white women and black women!  No, Isaiah there is "no love".  I totally believe her. Unfortunately she probably will never work again.  She realizes that.   

Isiah messed up.  The Knicks organization messed up and they had to pay up.  I hope with her judgement, she can stretch out that money and be well of for the rest of her days.  I think she's very competent and will find work somewhere.  I think it's a wrap for Isiah though.  I read an interesting article about him at http://www.slate.com/id/2175285/.  Creepy.  I think the party's over.

I think things are getting a bit crazy though.  I mean now more law suits are coming out of the woodwork. I think this raises questions regarding HR's effectiveness with MSG.  The whole point of an HR department it to protect an organization from things like this.
