I don't know if any of the chicas on this board is into sports, but I am, a little.  I'm a New Yorker and I'm a bit caught up in the wait to see whether Joe Torre gets to keep his job managing the Yankees after they lost their 7th attempt at the big show.  I wonder if Steinbrenner will finally give him the axe.  I don't think that will make a difference.  Really I don't care whether he stays or not.  I just want them to win!

Hey, I have been folowing this story also.  I doubt, Joe Torre is going anywhere, I mean really he is the Yankees.  At the end of the day, the Yankees is one of the richest sports franchises on the planet and it doubtful that a few losses will prevent fans from coming out.  I mean before this they were a winning team with Joe Torre at the helm and they will comtinue to be a winning team if he stays on.

Yeah, I think you're right.  It doesn't look like he's gonna be fired...
