Does anyone know of any natural ways to prevent gray hair? I heard about something a while ago and it might be a longshot, but hopefully someone around here heard about it...

I heard a long time ago that gray hair is caused by a vitamin defficiency, however I am not sure which one. My guess would be Silica. I would do a little bit more research on products for the hair and skin and I am sure you will find your answer.
