    SETTING NEW GOALS

Did you make a New Years resolution at the beginning of the year?  How are you doing with it? Studies have said that most resolutions are net kept, because we often create resolutions that may not be unrealistic.  How often do you set new goals?

Because most resolutions are never kept, I've stopped making them.  I try to focus on areas of my life that I want to work on throughout the year rather than an all or nothing on Jan. 1.  It's a continuous process.

    Re: SETTING NEW GOALS

I have stopped making New Years resolutions many years ago.  This year I am going to set different goals throughout the year....maybe one a month.  This way it's not overwhelming.  I really don't hear many people talking about New Years resolutions in more.

I usually  have a 5-year plan and I just review how I am doing each month and year.  It's more productive and less of let down than trying to get it all done in one year.
