I saw the debate. I thought that both parties did an okay job. I was happy to see Obama give straight direct responses, that I was very satisfied with. McCain is a strong debater...although at some times his responses were comical given the condition is which we are living. I thought that McCain endeding remarks were strongerc than Obama's ending remarks....but felt that Obama did a better job overall. Really glad that Obama exposed the fact that instead of us going into Afganistan in pursuit if Bin Laden we went to Iraq.
It amazes me that two weeks ago McCain felt that the economy was strong. Also amazes me that he didn't have the professional decorum to look at his opponent even when the moderator instructed him to. While some may feel this is minor, it speaks to how his will conduct himself when dealing with foriegn leaders.
Looking forward to the vice-president debate.
