    Jennifer Lopez is prenant at age 38. Halle Berry is pregnant at at 41. Nancy Grace had twins at age 48.  More and more women are having children later in life. Do you think this is a good idea or not? What are your thoughts??

    At the rate that I'm going, I may end up having my children after 35.  It is not my preference but extenuating factors may have an effect.  I'm not having kids until I'm married and since that looks to be a few years off, I may end up waiting until after 35.  I think it's fine for women to have children whenever they can.  I am not so sure about fertility treatments and the havoc it wreaks on womens' bodies.

    I think the fact that women are having children at later stages in life is a reflection the times in which we are living in.  Years ago men was the primary person bring income to the household.  So much more now...both parents are working.  I think this gives women more of a choice as to when to have a child.  Also, there are far more birth control methods today than there were years ago.
